Inspection of .4" to 2.5" diameter tubes up to 50' in length. Testing required detection of OD and ID flaws in both the longitudinal and circumferential direction, as well as thickness measurements along the length of the tube. Rejected areas are automatically marked to identify defects.

The robotic system illustrated to the right is designed to inspect a section of the Delta rocket used for launching satellite systems.
